The survey is sent to the field representatives of the top five Memphis
health plans where they are asked to provide their companies current trend.
We believe this information is accurate based on a fluctuation of
one to two percent.
Trend is only one of the factors involved in determining
a plan's cost.
This survey does not employ scientific statistical methodology - rather a
reasonable estimate from informed representatives.
