Reproduction Costs are in addition to the licensing fee and will be collected by United Parcel Service when your copies are delivered.
The Video is offered on a highly discounted basis, consequently this license is in effect only as long as an insurance business relationship exist between the client company and Harvey Insurance Resources.
Renewal fee is based on the use of the same format as the first 12 months video. Fees for any changes to the original format will be subject to animation, layout and editing charges.
